DMCA Policy
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
ENFELL (accessible from https://www.enfell.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, contributors, and writers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

-
Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent Contact Information
Please send your DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at the following address or email:

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Designated Agent a Counter-Notice containing the following information pursuant to Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA:
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
-
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
-
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for the State of Utah), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, ENFELL may forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action against the user within 10 to 14 business days, ENFELL may restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ENFELL has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at ENFELL’s sole discretion, the accounts of users, contributors, or writers who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. Fair Use Acknowledgment
As a sports news organization, ENFELL frequently utilizes brief excerpts, quotes, and low-resolution graphics for the purpose of commentary, criticism, news reporting, and analysis. We firmly believe these practices fall under the “Fair Use” doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). However, we are committed to resolving disputes amicably and expeditiously if a copyright owner disagrees.
