Ethics Policy
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
At ENFELL (enfell.com), we believe that trust is the most valuable asset a news organization can hold. As a dedicated 24/7 NFL news platform, our readers rely on us for fast, accurate, and completely objective coverage.
To maintain the highest level of journalistic integrity and to comply with global digital publishing standards, founder Lee Walker and the entire ENFELL team strictly adhere to the following Ethics Policy.
1. Conflicts of Interest & Independence
Our primary allegiance is to our readers. We do not allow outside interests to influence our NFL coverage.
-
No Gifts or Favors: Our reporters, editors, and executives do not accept gifts, free travel, tickets, or special accommodations from NFL franchises, players, agents, or third-party brands in exchange for favorable coverage.
-
Sports Betting and Fantasy Football: The NFL is closely tied to the sports betting industry. However, to maintain absolute objectivity, ENFELL journalists are strictly prohibited from placing wagers on games, drafts, or trades they are actively covering. Any fantasy football involvement must never influence the tone or factual reporting of an article.
-
Unaffiliated Status: We are a fully independent media entity. We are not owned by, funded by, or officially affiliated with the National Football League (NFL) or any of its 32 teams.
2. Separation of Advertising and Editorial
Transparency regarding how we fund our round-the-clock news operation is critical.
-
Clear Distinctions: There is a strict wall between our editorial team and our advertising department. Advertisers and sponsors have absolutely zero influence over our news coverage, story selection, or editorial opinions.
-
Sponsored Content Disclosure: If an article is sponsored by a brand or partner, it will be prominently labeled as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” at the very top of the page. We do not conceal sponsored content as independent editorial work.
-
Affiliate Links: If we use affiliate links (where we earn a small commission from purchases made through our links, such as team merchandise), a clear disclaimer will be placed within the article.
3. Fair Play and Respect (Anti-Harassment)
Football is a highly emotional and passionate sport, but our reporting remains professional and respectful at all times.
-
Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: ENFELL strictly prohibits publishing content that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages any individual or group based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
-
Respecting Privacy: While NFL players and coaches are public figures, we respect their boundaries. We do not publish sensitive, private information that has no relevance to their athletic performance or legal standing.
4. Plagiarism and Content Integrity
Our 24/7 hourly publishing schedule is built on hard work, not shortcuts.
-
Original Work: All content published on ENFELL is the original work of our writers. Plagiarism is a fireable offense.
-
Attributing Scoops: If another publication, journalist, or insider (such as Adam Schefter or Ian Rapoport) breaks a story first, we prominently credit them and provide a direct hyperlink to their original report.
5. Social Media Conduct
The ethical standards applied to enfell.com also apply to our staff’s professional social media accounts. Our journalists are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, avoid partisan political endorsements that could compromise their objectivity, and refrain from engaging in toxic online arguments with fans or athletes.
6. Accountability
We hold ourselves accountable to the public. If you believe any member of the ENFELL team has violated this Ethics Policy, we encourage you to reach out directly to our management at contact@enfell.com with the subject line “Ethics Concern.”
